Simple, Easy, Just do it!


Okay… this is what drives me crazy. Recently a non-diet expert wrote this gem, “Plan to eat a few pieces of your favorite treat, savor every sweet bite, and banish any thought that it’s bad. Then toss out the leftovers, and move on.”

 

If this is simple for you and you can “just get over it,” then congratulations! ….Simplistic advice of this kind ignores the fact that we are multifaceted beings encompassing body, mind, spirit and emotions. Making true lifestyle change takes a holistic approach.
